New Build

New Build

The timeless look of this rancher was created by using a monochromatic white on white palette that will look fresh and inviting for years to come.
The white buildout on this fireplace is tongue and groove which highlights the modern stone work on the firebox trim.

Clear single sidelights reflect the contemporary design elements of this home. I like to use a lot of natural light which keeps this space bright and welcoming. This modern pouf comes in many shapes, sizes and fabrics and adds fun and personality to any room. Vaulted ceilings and ceiling beams in the great room combine traditional design elements with a classic bright living space. This Galley Island with seating creates flow and visibility for family and friends. I incorporated hints of gold throughout creating an ageless space that is not overpowering or too trendy. Combining old with new I used modern lighting fixtures with more traditional leather barstools and warm wood flooring that compliment the clean honest lines of this home. Perfect for a formal dinning room or another gathering area. This spacious master bedroom features a deluxe walk-in closet and ensuite. The pretty faucets add an elegant touch to the master bath. The chandelier I selected creates an ambiance that is light and relaxing. The timeless feel flows around to the back of the house.
