Morgan Creek Reno

One of the greatest aspects of my work is the people that I meet and this couple certainly were a pleasure to work with! Although the exterior was the final touch it was a major one and paint is such an easy way to freshen up a house an increase curb appeal. Always consider the shades of color on neighboring homes when choosing exterior colors for your home. The spiral stair was definitely a huge factor in this reno and took some thought and research. The existing design needed a facelift to keep in fashion with rest of the home. These staircases are unique in that they reduce the use of space while adding such a incredible look. Iron replaced the wood and paint was renewed. The one of a kind tile in the kitchen defined the space from kitchen to living area. We recovered the tired sofas and added pops of color with pillows and accessories.

Farmhouse sink is crisp and showy. Roller shades replaced traditional fabric topper and updated this home with a clean look. Lighting has a huge impact on any room – the addition of pendant lights over the island created dimension and interest to this area. Our statement in the kitchen was the geo glass and metal subway tile.

We were bold with the carpeted stairs and iron railings.. the wood railings were replaced with iron to tie in the spiral staircase.

Master Suite- fresh bedding and faux panels flanking the windows warmed up the space and brought life and color into the sleeping quarters. The master ensuite left nothing to be desired. It was left bright fresh and functionial.
